Appointment Policy

Referral clients are welcome but we do require a scheduled appointment in order to give our patients the required time to do a thorough examination. For second opinions, please fax records and bring x-rays (if possible). We have extended appointments for cases that need special attention, such as second opinions . Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, debit card, and cash and personal checks.



Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. For your pet's added comfort and safety, we require fasting for approximately 12 hours prior to any anesthetic procedure. For fractious cats that might require sedation for an exam (and potential blood work, x-rays, etc), please withhold food the morning of your appointment.
